How this works

Nothing you submit goes live automatically — that keeps spam and unsafe content off the site. Your post lands in our review queue, we check it for accuracy and edit lightly, and if it's a fit we publish it with your name (or "anonymous," your call). We'll never add a sales pitch to your work, because we don't sell anything.

What makes a good submission

  • Cite where you can. Link primary sources — here's how to find them.
  • Be honest about uncertainty. "We don't know yet" is a valid, respected answer here.
  • No health or dosing prescriptions. Explain concepts and evidence, not "do exactly this."
  • No selling. Vendor promos and affiliate links get rejected automatically.
